Their motto "if you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied" does not truly apply!!! Very poor customer service....would NEVER recommend them them to anyone!!! My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday Jan (3) they delivered on Jan 2 the wrong Roses and cheated my daughter out of Roses in the floral arrangement. They were supposed to re-deliver yesterday and DID NOT and DID NOT even call to tell my daughter who was told they would re-deliver..have not called yet today!! Very disappointed with this company and will be calling the better business and FTD....Bloomfield Florist...does not stand behind their products!!!
